Today I had the great pleasure of partnering with one of my all-time favorite musicians, Pete Yorn, on a special “Keep Oregon Well” show as part of our ongoing concert series designed to raise awareness about mental health and fight stigma through the arts.

Pete was so gracious and supportive and posted about the campaign and Trillium on all of his social media after the event. It was lovely.  And thanks (as always) to my dear advocacy partner Sheila Hamilton for being such a badass.  🙂

After 3 weeks of daily video blogging, I’m beginning to get a really clear picture of how my own mental health rolls. I’m also wondering if it’s even possible for a person to be clever every single day for at least 15 seconds.
