One week from tonight (on Tuesday, February 2nd) I’ll be performing with “Jaguar Love” at Holocene in Portland for “The Rumble” (brought to you by “Future Sounds“, “Cravedog, Inc.” and “Pampelmoose.com“)!!!

It’s gonna be a GOODIE and…did I mention it’s FREE???!!! This will be my last show with “Cars & Trains” backing me for a while, so…don’t miss it!

Thanks so much to all of you who came out to Berbati’s in Portland this weekend. “Cars and Trains” and I had a great time and it meant a LOT that you picked my show over Ben Gibbard’s. For those of you who missed it, Samuel Thomas (of The Portland FREE Music Project) got “Bottom Your Way To The Top” on video (which is posted below) and I uploaded tons of photos from the evening on Myspace and Facebook. All 3 of the opening bands were AMAZING. If you haven’t already heard of “Yeah Great Fine”, “Swallows”, and “Winnie Byrd”, click on their names and check them out. You won’t be sorry.

The writers over at the “Indie Rock Cafe” music blog have put out their list of their “Favorite Indie and Alternative Songs of 2009” and my song “Feed Me To The Wolves” made the list! I’m in awesome company (Neko Case, Public Radio, Bishop Allen, Harlem Shakes, Deer Tick, etc.)!!!
