Very excited to announce that we signed iLoveMakonnen to Music in Demand!

iLoveMakonnen is a Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling artist and trailblazing queer voice best known for his global hit “Tuesday” (ft. Drake).

Since publicly coming out as gay in 2017, Makonnen has stood as a cultural icon of authenticity and resilience, breaking barriers in hip-hop and pop while inspiring queer communities worldwide.

His performances fuse fan-favorite anthems, underground classics, and new creative energy — delivering inclusive, high-impact experiences that celebrate freedom, identity, and community.

This week Music in Demand hit our first big gay milestone: 10 artists signed to the roster!

LGBTQ+ music has never been better, never been more important, and I am proud to help talented Queer and Trans artists carve out more of their rightful space in the industry.
