In addition to his own music career, Logan Lynn is also an experienced music industry executive, nonprofit leader, and community connector.
He is a Partner at The Gaybors Group, which owns and operates Drag in Demand, Gaybors Agency, Drag Trips, and Music in Demand — which he co-founded and serves as both CEO and President. Music in Demand is a global LGBTQ+ talent agency and booking partner, working to disrupt the entertainment industry by way of Queer and Trans visibility. Lynn’s Music in Demand roster includes Rob Apollo, Kevin Aviance, Beginners, Bright Light Bright Light, Cazwell, Cake Pop!, Damag3, Glass Battles, Tom Goss, iLoveMakonnen, L.A. Exes, Amanda Lepore, Nakia, Brendan Maclean, Kameron Ross, Spellman Twinz , Sam Tsui, TeZATalks, The Never Not Now, Tony & The Kiki, Jim Verraros, and other talented out-and-proud acts.
Logan is also a key member on the management team for Grammy Award-winning Alternative Rock band, Portugal. The Man. In his role he oversees the band’s two charitable initiatives, Pass The Mic and Frances Changed My Life. Additionally, he manages apparel and brand activations for the band, alongside the KNIK brand, which he is currently developing with John Gourley of Portugal. The Man and others in the PTM orbit.
He began partnering with Portugal. The Man in 2017 as part of Lynn’s PDX Concert Series, then toured with the band to activate shows in 2018. From there he designed and launched the band’s nonprofit foundation, Pass The Mic, in 2019. The organization is focused on building community resilience, empathy, and awareness through music, stories, art, education and connectivity, working through the lens of Indigenous Rights and allyship.
Since then Lynn has overseen successful creative campaigns and tour activations with PTM, Atlantic Records, Boygenius, Lucy Dacus, NOFX, Metallica, Jack Antonoff, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, and many others through his work with the foundation. In 2023 the band launched the Frances Changed My Life campaign, which Logan also oversees, in support of kids with Rare Diseases.
Logan is also a Creative Consultant for GoDaddy, with a focus on the .gay (DotGay) Domain at GoDaddy Registry after serving as the global PR + Creative Director for the domain from 2019-2023. He held this role from before the brand’s inception, spearheading the global launch, associated PR and creative campaigns; then designing and overseeing what would ultimately become the most successful domain launch in internet history. In 2023 he helped successfully transition the .gay brand to GoDaddy, where he remains in his role.
From 2014-2018 Lynn served as Chief Impact Officer on the Executive Team at Trillium Group, which oversees the Trillium Family Foundation, the national Mental Health Matters public health advocacy campaign, and the Oregon-based Keep Oregon Well campaign, of which he was the brainchild and co-founder. Trillium Group also operates Trillium Family Services – Oregon’s largest provider of mental and behavioral healthcare for children and families, the organization Logan served as Chief Communications Officer for simultaneously during this time.
Logan’s Keep Oregon Well Concert Series ran from 2014-2018. He produced and activated shows and events with Charli XCX, The Dandy Warhols, Violent Femmes, Sabrina Carpenter, Jack Antonoff, Bleachers, Alice Cooper, Madison Beer, Viola Davis, Britney Spears, Kanye West, Kevin Bacon, Mike Doughty, Third Eye Blind, Macklemore, Flo Rida, Blind Pilot, Walk Off The Earth, Brendan Urie, Panic! In the early 2000s Lynn was a project manager for Portland Tenspeed, responsible for the branding, site selection and construction of American Apparel’s first 35 retail locations when the company first launched. Through his team’s work, Lynn helped transform American Apparel from a wholesale mom-and-pop operation doing $40,000 in sales annually to a $150 million dollar enterprise when he exited in 2008. Through his work with Portland Tenspeed he launched Fashion Design Camp, as well as many creative campaigns that kicked off community conversations and public advocacy.
