I was talking with an old friend earlier this week and at one point she said “Everyone I know cries a lot”.

And you know what? I cry a lot!

I’ve decided this is normal. It’s the correct response to what is happening to our families, friends, and communities right now. It’s ok to just be surviving this moment we are in together.

Crying a lot is good! Let that shit out.
