Here I am chatting with Pottstown School District for Pennsylvania’s Building Community Resilience efforts in schools. Thanks to Superintendent Stephen Rodriguez for inviting me to be part of this incredibly important work.

It’s an honor to somehow be of use, and I love watching this Mental Health Matters movement grow!

Ok, so…there have been a lot of exciting things happen over the past year, ranging from Jay Mohr producing my new record, to having people I adore like The Dandy Warhols, Jarryd James, Rian Lewis, The Upsidedown, DoublePlusGood, Stose and others sign onto the project by way of upcoming collaborations; but today I am completely freaking out.

When I was 8 years old, 80s pop phenom Tiffany‘s “I Think We’re Alone Now” found its way to my ears, my dancing feet, and my heart…which was hurting pretty badly at the time. Tiffany’s voice and songs were a lifeline for me back then, and I am so excited to announce that my original musical hero has also signed on to collaborate with me on a song for “My Movie Star”!!!

The details are still top secret for now, but I could not possibly be happier about this if I tried. OH MY GOD. 🙂
