The archaic music industry narrative that there is limited space for LGBTQ+ bands is still far too prevalent in 2025. The only reason this has ever even been true is because people in power continue to perpetuate the myth.

This is one of the reasons for all of the work we are doing at Music in Demand. We believe Queer and Trans artists belong at the big table.

Been in A&R mode since August and am excited to announce that we signed Glass Battles to the Music in Demand roster!

Since beginning to break through, Glass Battles has drawn attention from major music press and tastemakers – from feature-style Q&A’s and interviews with Billboard to standout premieres such as V Magazine as well as award-winning video experiences across platforms — the singer/songwriter/producer/director is slowly but surely establishing himself as a singular voice in modem pop who mixes vulnerability with major-league showmanship.

With a second album on the way, a more expanded universe (both sonically and visually) is incoming.
