My favorite creature in the whole world is having major surgery in a couple weeks and I know this is all part of life and love but can I just have Pretty Baby forever please? It is my only request.

Life keeps happening faster than I want it to. Been trying to slow it down by appreciating the little stuff. (Groundbreaking, I know!)

Anyway, this morning’s small wonder is that the sun has finally emerged in Portland, Oregon and she twinklin’ off every shiny pretty thing in my living room.
