Been 6 weeks since I deleted Facebook and Threads, and 4 months since I left Twitter (and Snapchat, Tumblr, and Pinterest). Haven’t missed any of these platforms at all.

My plan to try and become very not online and replace the time I was spending navigating pointless stuff across ye ole web with self care and things that matter has been cool so far.
